Description:
Cottage 80 has submitted a request to replace the existing wood platform with a new composite decking material. The platform will be approximately 12’x26’ same as existing. Faros Properties has tentatively approved this project, pending residents’ comments.

Cottage 320 is requesting to install a mini-split unit at the front left corner of the cottage. The unit will be placed on a quick sling stand. This unit has its own electrical source and is not on the shared grid. Faros Property Management has tentatively approved this project pending resident comments.

Cottage 322 is requesting to install a mini-split heat pump. The unit would be placed at the back left corner of the cottage. The unit would be placed on a quick sling stand. Owners requesting major modifications that affect the footprint or height of the cottage are required to submit drawings of the proposed modifications. Below are links to those drawings.
